USCIS has announced that the FY2012 H1B Cap has been met. The last day that USCIS accepted H1B Cap subject filings was on 11/22/2011. All cases received after that date will be rejected. USCIS will start accepting cases towards the FY2013 H1B Cap on April 1, 2012.
